New Contemp Rooms Look Great!

I personally think they look awesome!!! A huge step up from what the Contemp rooms currently look like.
Dare I say that those rooms are the nicest looking rooms in all of WDW
Those flat screen TV's blend-in with the dark woods so well.
Here's to hoping that they get some of these done by January. We have a bonus AP trip for a friends wedding near cape canaveral. so if these rooms are done by then, we're totally staying at the contemp.

It actually looks like a modern hotel. Im sorry i thought the previous rooms looked like a clowns nightmare. I will actually stay there now, but im gonna wait until 2006 when i know all the rooms are done.

Wow! Beautiful. But I liked the old rooms too. I will miss all the color. Where are the Mickeys? I wonder if the Garden Wings are going to be re-done.
We just stayed in the North Garden Wing over mother's day #8304 - third floor down by the water. The bed was brand new and they had re-painted and re-wall papered the halls. The carpet in the hall was new too. The room was in really good shape - I thought it had already been re-done.

Those rooms look great! Just how I would think the Contemporary would look. I have to say though that I cannot imagine the white bed coverings lasting too long. They will really need to wash them after every guest now!

Wow is right! Those rooms look great. Very W hotel like. I've never considered staying at the Contemp before but I would definitely think about it for my next trip. This remodel will really put the Contemp in the big leagues.

I like the new pics--the splatter bed spreads--doesn't do much for me.

Very nice! We got a good rate at Contemporary but refused to stay there due to the interior decor, ICK! This is actually a swanky, clean, and CONTEMPORARY look finally! Looks a lot like many other trendy hotels we've stayed at =)

Come 2006, we might just have to book a room there

That was funny! I was thinking the same thing when I stayed there in Feb 2004. I never got the old color scheme and this new version of the rooms look great. I would love to stay in a tower room when the change over is complete. Great look!

They're GORGEOUS! I will have to wait until 2006 to try the Contemporary....

BTW - The Swan & Dolphin have all white bedding & everytime we've been, it looks fresh & sparkling white. I love that you can see the absence of dirt & stains.....

I was looking at the pictures on Deb's site earlier and really liked them also. When I was a teenager and we went to WDW I decided that when I went back I wanted to stay there just because I thought it was so cool that the monorail went through it. Then, when I started planning and got a look at the rooms I changed my mind. I just wasn't willing to pay that much for a room that I just knew I would never be able to relax in. I had thought I'd made up my mind that our next trip in 2 years would be at the YC but now seeing these pictures I may have to rethink that.

I agree that the new CR rooms look great! However, they don't beat the new Polynesian rooms!
