New Construction at Animal Kingdom

We recently visited WDW at Thanksgiving and while riding
the Safari ride, noticed some buildings that were under
construction. They were free-standing and did not appear
to have any access except by vehicle. Does anyone know
what they are ?

Its a new walking tour called "jungle trek". I guess its a 3-4 hr walking tour and a lunch. It cost around $200.
