New Confirmation with each payment?

I plan to pay my ressie in full before our vacation - I will be making a payment every 2 weeks - will I receive a updated confirmation after each payment or only after it is paid in full?

They are supposed to send you a confirmation after you make any change to your ressie, including making a payment. Notice, I said "should". They don't always send them. In fact, I did not get a confirmation of my final payment last August.

One newer feature of their website (disneyworld.com) is that you can view your ressie online, even if you made it via telephone. Go there and click on the "my disney vacation" link to view it.

I have yet to receive my initial confirmation from a ressie I made in Dec. It is listed online and I have called to confirm, but still no written ressie.

I usually send payments before our arrival and I have never received a confirmation for any of the payments. I keep record of my payments and then I call before we leave for our trip to confirm our room balance that way I can avoid any type of surprise when we arrive.

I have recieved a confirmation letter each and every time I have made any changes. Btw, the online thing isnt that accurate. For months it showed completely the wrong info for me and now it is mostly accurate except for the room location and insurance. It shows "standard" room view and it is really "prefered" and it shows "not included" for vacation insurance when that is included. (Yes, I called and it is on my plan.) It doesnt show up online.

I have recieved several updated confirmations. Even when I called to make sure they had my room options. This is different than last time (2003). Before, I only got one letter, and then my info, and luggage tags, once everything was paid for.

We made payments for our trip, we received updates every time we made a payment, inquiry, change, and when it was paid in full we received a final confirmation with our luggage tags.

Those of you getting luggage tags, are you still one the Dream Maker Plan or is this something they are automatically doing with the MYW plan?

Goofydad they are giving every person on the reservation a luggage tag with the new MYW package only.
