New Conditions for RBC Westjet CC

I just got a notice today that the annual fee for the RBC WestJet CC will be increasing from $119 to $139. If you do not use the companion flight you will now only get 2 lounge passes from the previous Four passes. You also must spend $5,000/year to be eligible for a companion flight. RBC is tightening the rules

I cancelled my RBC World Elite Credit card the last time the fee went up.

I am trying to find out if the basic WestJet master card fee is going up
so far this is all I could find

I gave up on WestJet when they pulled out of London. It was nice to travel to/from home, even if it meant that gawd awful walk in Terminal 3. I loved the companion fare and used it regularly.
