New code coming?

I have a general question....when a new code comes up, how will we know it? Does it appear above in bold type with those 4 announcements?

I am not sure if they will appear in the message above, but you will see it somewhere on the main page of Disboards. Also www.mousesavers.com will have it on their main page. Also, I am sure you will see it in messages!
