Yesterday one of my co workers showed a picture of The Hulk. The picture was in USA Today from Sept. 22, 2003. In the background it shows a coaster being built. I thought it may be for the Mummy however he says it is not in the right location. If anyone had seen the picture can you tell me what it is? Is it another coaster being built in IOA? Thanks for your help.

No coaster being built, nor is one planned for next year at IOA. This may be an archived photo of when the park was being built and what you see in the background is DD being built, more of Hulk that you mistaked for another ride, or something else being built that you mistaked for a coaster.
