Wouldn't the AP offer for 130 pts be better than a few 1day/1 park tickets for someone who added on 100 pts?

Yes, floridafam, I agree with you. If you are doing a 100 point add on, you would get 4 adult 1-day passes. For an additional 30 points, you will get the annual pass voucher.

But for us, we are considering a 50 point add on so we can bank/borrow it into 150 points every few years so this looks attractive. The only downer is that we would want to pay cash and my annual bonus (if I get one) doesn't come out until after the experation date.

The park pass for the additional 50 point add on is only if the add on is purchased at Saratoga Springs. I had hopes because I just purchased a 50 point add on at Boardwalk, but my guide said no. If anyone finds out differently, pleeeeeeease let me know

Everyone's overlooking the truly important news here:

(1) The lunch discount at House of Blues increased from 15% to 20%! Be sure to take your Portable Perks with you, as the HOB staff doesn't always keep straight the DVC discount from the AP discount (which I think is still 10%).

(2) "...the new holiday-themed finale of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth." Hmmm, this could be good or bad, but I will keep an open mind.

the perk will be $100 off ap and cheaper renewal rates for ap's as well but it looks like it might not start 'til jan '05
