New Christmas PJ's :)

We do it also, my parents have given us pj's for as long as I can remember, now I give my dd's pj's - It's so nice to know that alot of others do it also.

We do this too but I don't wait 'til Christmas eve. On December first, everybody got new Christmas PJ's and their advent calendars. It was very hard to find boys Christmas PJ's this year. DS is 10 and prefers the flannel pants and t-shirt and I couldn't find anything remotely Christmasy. He ended up with a blue set that has cars on it...oh well, I couldn't go too babyish or too grown up, he's kind of in between. I even got DH some long red flannel boxers and a green shirt that says "ho, ho, ho".

I do PJs on Christmas Eve every year for my daughters. I also wrap a small toy to go along with them so that they aren't very disappointed with only PJs. I wrap them in two separate boxes, one on top of the other, and tie them together with ribbon. For the past two years I have gotten my small toy idea from reading this board. Last year it was the 20 question electronic game and this year I got them the little stick figures in a box. So this is a belated thank you to those on this board who share such great ideas.

Yup, I did this as a child and now I do it for my kids. After we put the tree up I put a few gifts under the tree. Only two each for the boys (they like to snoop and shake) a pair of PJ's each and a box with clothes in it.

We never had this tradition although I definitely think we will be starting it next year when we have our baby!!!

I sew, and when the kids were younger I made them new PJ's every Christmas. They weren't matching, just matched their interests, I could get flannel with soccer prints, bunny rabbits, the Dalmations, etc. Cute

Didn't do it the last few years though, although everyone is getting bought ones this year.

I'll never forget watching the "Osmond Family Chrismas Special" when I was little - they always got new pajama's on Christmas eve too - I thought it was so cool that Donny & Marie Osmond also got new pj's!

Every Christmas Eve the kids get to open one package and it is always the pj's. My mother did the same thing for us as kids.

I was having a hard time finding ds 6 months p.j.'s for Christmas Eve, I found them tonight at Kohl's!!! Cute green blanket sleeper with polar bears all over it!! Oh and not to be a thread killer but we also change the sheets on Christmas Eve, and usually get new ones. Even if they have just been changed... Gotta have clean sheets for Santa!!
