Just been reading in the newspaper that FlyGlobespan are planning a year round budget service from Glasgow direct to either MCO or SFB, starting next summer!! :flower:

This would be fantastic, as the choice for direct flights is so limited from Glasgow, and in the winter is practically non-existent!

Groovy - if I end up buying an AP (come Disney give me some codes!) then I'll be going back next year - the more choice the better!

The more direct flights the better - if only Virgin would start flying from Edinburgh I'd be :cloud9:

 More choice and some realistic pricing from airports North of the Border would be great, and long overdue. :cool1: Nobody needs the Florida sun more than us Scots :cool1:

Whenever I've looked at Globespan from Scotland at school break times the prices have put me right off, so I wouldn't get too excited just yet.

I'd put money on Manchester still being significantly cheaper in early July.

Just had a quick look at this website. WOW very cheap, anyone used them?
Summer 2006 school holidays not looked at every date but few searches I did. Economy £330, Premium Economy £400, Business class £750
Wish I lived nearer. These prices are less than half Manchester prices.
:cool1:

They are cheap aren't they :earseek: .

It's good news for the Scots.I hope Globespan do well with this daily service. I know when I worked at Thomas Cook in Paisley for years that Florida was our biggest selling destination, bigger than anywhere in the Med.
