What new characters from movies or cartoons would you like to see walking around WDW or USF? How about Ramsley from the Haunted Mansion movie? Since the movie didn't do so well, would anyone even know who he was? Maybe he should just be there during the Halloween season?
Does the real Bill Nye or anyone dressed up like him ever appear at Epcot?
Knotts Berry Farm in California already has Snoopy. I have not been to a Six Flags or Busch Gardens park, so not sure which costume characters they already have roaming around.
I'm sure adding a new character is complicated. There is all of the legal stuff - like who owns the rights, to worry about, and certainly would not want to have duplicates from some other park.
