New Character Meal at MK??

Hi-- we just got a mailing from Disney Visa that mentioned a new Character meal. I thought it was cowboy themed and in frontierland in MK...does anyone have any details?

You know, I think doing something like that for WDW would be a big hit as well. They could use the Diamond Horseshoe for a character meal and make it a cowboy theme. Lord knows it's slim pickins for character meals for boys.

Maybe incorporate the Woodys roundup gang or something.

My DH and I were saying that while we were there last week - that there is nothing really boy specific. My son loved the characters and the meals are the best ways to meet them - killing 2 birds with one stone. There are lots of things they could do to hit this demographic - space friends theme, cowboy/western theme, heck I'd take a princess and pirate theme.

I think it's going to be the boys turn soon. The DisneyXD TV channel that just started is aimed at boys, and the new Pirate Birthday celebration is obviously boy themed. I think Disney is going to push the Pirate Thing just as hard as they pushed princesses so the boys don't have to be only the "Prince Charming" for the princesses any more!

I emailed Disney Guest relations last year about doing this, so hopefully, they will soon as it's the perfect area and now with LTT no longer a character meal, perhaps it's coming soon! We can only hope!
