new character breakfast at AK

Has anyone heard anything more on when they will be taking ADRs for the new character breakfast at the Tusker House?? I've made an ADR for Cape May Cafe just so we have one character breakfast, but would really love to go to the new one at TH instead!!! Any new news???

i was of the impression that it would not be a "new" breakfast but rather the "old" donald's breakfastasaurous being moved over from it's current location to TH...

Iv'e been trying to book this for a December trip and can't as of yet. None of the CM's will let me. They say it isn't in the system.

The CM said the new breakfast will be at Tusker House, but she didn't say it was going to be called Donald's. Unfortunately she was a little hard to understand. I wrote down "Yak Yeti (at Tusker House)." Believe me, I could be way off, but as I recall she repeated it several times, and that's what it sounded like to me. No idea when we can start making reservations. I think Donald's is closing on November 1.

The CM you spoke to was confusing apples and oranges. The Anandapur Yak and Yeti is the new Lawrys-managed "Himalayan themed" table service restaurant/store which is opening in October. It will be located in the Asia section near Expedition Everest.

The character breakfast (under whatever name they'll end up using) is going to be at Tusker House, which is in the Harambe section of the Africa area. Tusker --which is currently counter service -- will be closing on August 20th, for a refurb into buffet full service. It will be re-opening with the whatever character breakfast on November 17.

Donald's Breakfastosaurus in Restaurantosaurus will end on November 5, so there will be about a two week period in the first half of November with no character breakfast in AK.
