New changes?

I am new to all the GPT stuff. I started Cash duck May 1st and have only done one or two offers on Sunshine. My question is this I noticed on CD that I am now leading the monthly contest I was prev in 3rd, when I questioned Kira she stated that the top 2 had been removed for fraud. Then I read the sunshine email today. I am concerned that I will not receive my July payment from CD. I have not commited fraud in anyway that I know of, my name address etc is all legit and I did all of the trials and paid to shops with my disney visa and have only canceled a few of the trials on the last day. I need that payment to pay off all the offers I charged to the visa. should I be freaking out now Or should those of us who did not commit fraud be ok? TIA for your help.

I think you'll be ok.

I think all the programs are just going through an adjustment period right now. Really when they are screaming about "fraud" they are talking about the people who are using stolen credit card numbers to do the same offers on 5 or 6 or more sites. Getting rid of those people in the end will really be beneficial for everybody.

I'm kind of backing off most of the paid offers for the moment. I've done a couple, but nothing crazy. I just want to see where it all ends up before I jump back in. I'm really not worried about getting my June money out though.

Remember, in the end the GPT sites need to keep their sign-ups happy, or people will leave and then they won't be making money either.

I was wondering why I had been bumped up without completing any more offers!! Geez, I'm getting very nervous about all this - I'll be much happier after the end of the month when I can cash out at CD!!

Thanks so much for your responses. I just read the message from Kira in my inbox and I feel much better now. I just went a little crazy trying to win the contest on the 14th which I did So I did a lot of paid to shop that really didn't make me many dollars, that I have to pay back but the 70 disney dollars made up for it. Now if I can just hang on and win the month, that will be awesome

Yeah let the dust settle. I think that the adversiters are also worried about "fraud" (and I use that term loosely) commited by the owners of the GPT sites...many of them are/were offering big $$ prizes each month for the highest earners, that is just "making" people sign up for things that they aren't interested in (I know I have been guilty of this)...so those days are coming to an end in the GPT world.

But I do think it will go back to the better days, though I bet the payouts will be lower on the signups.

I just read on another site that if you do 2 of the same zipcode/email signups on different sites, that is considered fraud also, and all of your credits may be reversed. Now here's where I'm not sure if I'm guilty or not!!! I know for sure that I have not duplicated any of the bigger signups/offers, but as for the little free ones....I can't be sure!! More recently I've tried to keep better records of them, but they all look so similar. And if I get any in an email, then I almost never remember to record it in my book.

I have heard it both ways. I have heard that it is ok to repeat these small offers and usually the advertisers don't monitor them unless you do 25 in a day of the same type on different sites since they sometimes monitor by ip. I don't really forsee them being able to crack down too much on these types of offers since they change names all of the time. I'm not worried too much about accidently repeating these.
