In everyone's honest opinion, when calling on the 26th to make a ressie for CP, is it better to go along with the whole "I'm fine thank you and how are you?" niceties or to just cut the CM off at "Thank you for ca..." and just say "ineedareservationforsuchandsuchdateatsuchandsuchtimeatsuchandsuchplace". I'm being serious. I always let the CM's finish their spiels(sp?) and I'm really worried that 15 seconds of "hey, how are ya?" will make me lose the restaurant and/or time that I want.

Skip the pleasantries. They understand. You can chit chat once it's booked.

Not true. I have two ADRs for Le Cellier the week of Dec 4th-12th (one for lunch and one for dinner). I booked them back in early June, back when they were having that computer glitch that was allowing 190 day out bookings. Mine is just a regular dinner ADR, not a CP pkg.

Yup, ditto. I have 2 ressies at awkward times (but who's complaining ), and I noticed when making them that there was only one spot per time. Pretty scarce. GL to those calling.

What do you get when you book using cash. We have the DDP, but I was thinking of paying OOP for the CP package so as to not use up 2 TS each. If the price is a set price, what does it include? Are you limited as to what you can order?
