New BWV Avail for Summer/Fall

I check 4-5 times a day and all of a sudden there is lots of mid Oct dates, studios and 1br.

ETA: I guess they released refurb held rooms because people are reporting June, Oct, and Nov increased avail.

I edited the title to be more consistent with current avail.

I just changed out 1br AKV standard view for 1br BWV garden view for mid Oct!!!!

Yes, I've been checking for availability for my October BWV studio waitlist probably 15 times a day and also came across all the availability early this afternoon. Was able to fill my waitlist and cancel my OKW reservation! Yay! Member services said the system was in the process of filling my waitlist, but I beat it. This seems to happen a lot! Came here to post the availability, too.

Glad you posted this! I just changed my reservation to Boardwalk for November. I couldn't believe how many available dates there are now. I wonder what happened.

This is also happening to June. All of a sudden there is a lot of availability. Seems a little odd to me.

Maybe they are ahead of schedule with the room refurbishments.

Yes it does seem odd. I've been stalking the resort availability and I was shocked to see it available so I snagged 7 nights in November in 1 bedroom but I did get nervous it was a glitch or something for a second

I was a little worried too since I canceled my other reservation. If it's a glitch in the system, I'm screwed!

I'm excited! I originally had a Poly studio lake view booked. Now, my MIL is coming. Only 1br I could find was AKV. We like AKV but not for F&W.

So. We have a F&W EPCOT 1br booked. Perfect.

This is not happening at other near park resorts and thus probably not a system error but instead the result of rooms being released that were previously held because of possible construction. Likely means rehab is now well along and will be done earlier than planned for.

Must be what's happening! If so, we really lucked out!

We had a room at BLT and wanted an Epcot resort. Wanted BCV but there was nothing for most of Dec and maybe one or two days in Nov. We saw a few days late Nov for BWV, so we grabbed them and waitlist. Two days later suddenly there was a lot at BCV. Wonder if people who had BCV hopped over to BWV. I know they will be doing work there, but still that's the resort we wanted so now we dropped the BWV nights and picked up 4 nights at BCV.

Just picked up BWV boardwalk view studio for 4 nights in late June....better not be a glitch, haha, as we gave up a BLY/Poly split stay for it. ...

We're taking a Dec trip and when we first booked BWV wasn't available. That all changed yesterday.
