New Booking rules...confused...when can I book?

I am going to try and do the impossible and get a BCV studio for October 2-6. What day can I call to book this...March 2? Can I book all 5 days then if it is available? My husband and I love BCV and love Food and Wine. We are going to add 100 points on there hopefully in a year or so when we have the money,so for now we have to roll the dice and see if we can get it at seven months. Thanks for any help!
