New Boardwalk Air Conditioner fix?

The biggest issue DH and I had last May was the ac shutting off during the day/night and the humidity in the room just being outrageous. We had the most trouble at the RIV. We would come back mid day and it wasn't a dry warmth but a clammy, humid warmth. I woke up in the middle of the night at RIV and my sheets just felt wet, like I was sleeping in a tent. BR was a little better, but not much. The hallways were freezing cold, so I know it wasn't the AC having a hard time keeping up, but the rooms were just humid and kind of gross feeling.

I'm so disappointed they removed the ceiling fans!

I keep a small USB powered fan in my suitcase, for when I end up in a hotel without a ceiling fan. Living in Florida, I have ceiling fans in pretty much every room in the house and run fans all the time, summer and winter. I feel suffocated without a fan moving the air . . .

Ya. It's Florida, they knew better, but didn't care. $$$$$ But as long as I got the A/C good, we are good.
