It is true, you won't be able to see out from the walkway. I think this is probably to prevent hoards of people from standing on that walkway at fireworks time.

It is true, you won't be able to see out from the walkway. I think this is probably to prevent hoards of people from standing on that walkway at fireworks time.

You will be able to see out the windows on walkway. There is paper over the glass, my guess is because they are painting. On the second page of pictures there is a good shot with the paper down on the left and you can make out the sheets for the rest of it
