New Blog Up - Christmas Carol Train Tour with Photos

Well done Nancy. The train looks amazingly cool, and it sounds like you had such a great tour with Bob Gault. I also really liked your photo collages. That was a nice way to put on a lot of images.

That is amazing. Can't wait to see it in person.

Wow! It looks fantastic! Thank you for posting all the pictures and details!!!

I've marked the dates in September on my calendar that it comes to Louisville.

I will be going to see the train once it makes its way to Cleveland in September. This tour is the perfect opportunity for little regional DIS meets.

Nice job on this Nancy and CA team. Deb and I will be doing Boston on September 26th. :cool1:

I've marked the dates in September on my calendar that it comes to Louisville.

Tracey - we are going to Louisville too. Was hoping some DIS'rs might be interested in getting together there, for lunch, or something while we are in town.

Once it gets closer, I'll post something about it again.

Great blog, Nancy! Thanks! :thumbsup2

For the Louisiana folks out there the train will be coming to New Orleans in August. Don't remember the exact dates. It will be behind the Audubon Zoo on the riverfront.

Thank you for such wonderful coverage! I have been so excited about this since my dad told me about it. After reading the blog, though, I'm really debating about taking the boys.

Here is a link to the schedule.

Thanks for the GREAT blog. The train is in Oakland, CA tomorrow, Sat and Sun. Now I know what to expect and will get there real early on Saturday. Great job and thanks again. Don

got to see it last Sat in Sacramento....
2 hour wait to get in..We were lucky it wasn't this weekend as it is going to be 101 here..worth it? ummm.:confused3..it was very intersting how they made the movie...and ..yes, I am sure we will go see it...
got morphed into tiny tim and just today got a email from Walmart that I could download my pic for free.....doesn't look like me.
I would have been disappointed if I didn't get to see it and it was nice that my DH went along...DD didn't want to see it...
Nice dinner after so it was a nice date!

Remember that it is very important that you get there early, probably at least 1hr before they open it. Everybody is looking for free things to do these days, and how often is there free Disney anything? It is cool, but not worth a 4-7 hour wait, which is what you may be faced with if you take your time getting there.

Very cool, Nancy ~ Great job! :thumbsup2 Makes me kind of sad that we passed it up.

Yeah! Thank you for the great!!! Blog. :goodvibes We are going to see this when it stops in Boston.

Great photos and blog!!! :thumbsup2 I'll definately have to catch this when it comes east. sometime this fall I think. :santa: (just for the spirit and all)

WOW! Ian, you got double-tagged!! I can't wait to see this train. Love the Blog Nance!

You did an awesome job describing the event and showing us the details in the pictures.

Can't wait to see it in October when it arrives in D.C.

Thanks for sharing.
