new blog: Matching Shirts in a Disney Park are a Good Idea

We wear matching shirts every trip, and could care less what people think. We are a proud family! :)

I have 8 kids, the oldest is 14. We color coordinate if we're not wearing matching shirts. That way I know my kids' shirt color and it is MUCH easier to pick them out quickly when scanning a crowd...etc. We do matching shirts some, but it's always convenient to color coordinate. One of the first questions you'll get asked if you are missing a kid is "what are they wearing?" In a stressful situation I can imagine this would be hard to answer...at least in this case you'd know the color of their shirt!

I normally put my boys in matching shirts when we go places, that way if I lose one I can point to the other one and go, "He looks just like this one except bigger (or smaller)." I also take a picture of them when we get there so I have a picture of what all of them looked like when we got there.

That being said I like coordinating shirt, rather then pure match, though we will likely do both for our next trip, some days matching and some days coordinating.
