New bedding at BCV yet?

Another bump! 25 days and counting and the only thing I have heard is that the first floor has new beds but the next delivery was held up in customs or something like that.

Does anyone have new info?

The quote you mention was mine from two weeks ago when I was there. The people getting our luggage told us that only the 1st floor of Beach Club (not the Villas) had the new pillowtops and that the remaining matteresses were on a boat but the ship was stopped as a result of a customs issue.

A bump moves the thread (topic) back up to the top of page 1 where it is more likely to be seen.

I've had my bed for years, just curious how often most people replace their mattress?

To answer DebbieB's question, I guess I keep mine about 10 years. I guess it depends on if you flip & rotate and if you are sensitive to the lumps and bumps that occur.

Does this bedding replacement include those terrible sofa beds too!? Can those things get any worse!

Just got home yesterday, 8/13, no sign of new bedding. DH even called the pillows the worst ever.

We were at BCV from 8/13-8/18 and no new mattresses. While the boys thought the sofa bed was comfortable, I found the king bed to be rather hard. I was usually so exhausted at night time, that it didn't really matter. I hope they are getting the pillowtops that were on the Polynesian beds (we stayed there 8/18 & 8/19). They were so comfortable, I did not want to get out of bed in the morning. It had to be the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in!

We just got back yesterday. No new bedding in our 2 bedroom villa. DS's had the option of sharing a queen, but they opted to alternate who got the bed and who got the sleeper sofa. After a few nights, one son decided he preferred the sleeper sofa! I was hoping for new mattresses, but our king bed was comfortable.

Just returned last night (25th) from a lovely stay at BCV. We were in 341 (2 BR dedicated, 2 queens), no new bedding there yet. That didn't stop us from having a wonderful time and sleeping like stones though!

We just got back--our 2BR on the 5th floor did not have new bedding either.
