New attraction at Seuss Landing

I just got my annual pass newsletter in the mail yesterday. It has a little box in it with "Get Ready for a brand new attraction in Seuss Landing, coming later this summer!". So, does anyone know what this is? Is it the track that is running through there already? I know there is a thread here on that one.
