New AP Order/exchange voucher - Magic Band?

Two family members who already have APs have been able to customize bands and it looks like the order is being shipped.

Another needed a new AP. I ordered it, got a WILS# which I linked to MDE successfully. Also have received the exchange voucher card in the mail. But still no pending order for a MagicBand in MDE (I control their name and tickets.)

Anyone else order a new AP recently and able to customize bands?

Can't do Fastpass+ reservations either, says she;s not eligible.

We are going in April.. she will be so dissappointed to not get a band.

We leave in 12 days and are still locked out of booking FP+ with our vouchers, however, we are staying off site. Can't order a magic band either. This stinks!

Another IT failure in my book. They rolled out for AP holders but it looks like not for those who have bought and have a voucher.

So your brand new AP holders arrive and cannot have bands since it's already been stated you can't get them once you arrive. Also excludes the non-US AP holders.

Disney, when are you possibly going to treat your AP holders and DVC members well, the ones who spend oodles of money with you!

So now as AP holders we arrive and my Disney Daughter does not get a band, andf we have to do FP+ same day only lined up in a cattle line to fight for attractions that will already be sold out. Think I'll spend my time in the guest services line asking for the complaint address.

I ordered the DVC PAPs, got the confirmation # for the sale, and linked it to MDE no problem so far. The PAP shows up on our MDE.
