My problem is that the CM asked me for a 3 letter code for the AP discount and when I couldn't find one, she put me on hold and came back and said I'd have to book it online to get the discount and then call back and cancel my original booking. I thought that was so odd.....I don't want to book online and I can't call back again until tonight, so hopefully the room will still be available at the discount. Darn it!
