New AP BRP guidelines question

I'm getting ready to purchase an AP so I don't have access to the website to check this out. Is the reservation still non-refundable? Just curious. I'm still planning to buy the AP b/c that makes sense for our ticket options, but I'm also hoping I might also be able to get a room discount...but I hate that it's non-refundable in case something comes up. Thanks!

I just double checked and No it is not!!! "Normal deposit/cancellation fees apply"

Old plan had "Unlike Normal Deposit/cancellation policy one night non-refundable deposit is required"
