new and trying to rent points

I have just registered. My husband and 5 kids and I are going to Disney Feb 19 to 24 and are just now trying to decide where to stay. A 2 room villa in beach club or boardwalk looks awesome but probably out of reach for us unless we can rent points. Anyone have the requisite points to be had in time? thanks. Jacque'
