Too excited to sleep!

As I write this, I am sitting next to an empty Ben & Jerry's container (although, in my defense--I ONLY ate 1/2 tonight). Anyway-- I really need to lose at least 30 pounds-I'm 5'4" (or is it 5"4'--whichever one means 5 feet!) and weigh 183. I had a baby 18 months ago but I am technically back to my pre-baby weight but I will encourage those who think that is the reason for my size.
My obstacles--very little time to excerise-between work, baby, 2 grad classes and a DH who works a lot-I have a hard time fitting in excerise. I am now cooking toddler friendly meals for a picky, picky eater--which means high calorie (think kraft macaroni and cheese!)-To avoid those wonderful comfort foods-I will admit is beyond my control!!!
I found the DIS and it has been a huge help in my WDW obsession--maybe this area can help in my weight obsession. We are leaving in 8 days for our first trip. We are also going in February-I'd like to be close to my goal by the Feb. trip!
