new and need advice please!

Hello all, I am new to the boards though I'll admit I've lurked around in envy for some time. I am THRILLED to say I will be booking my Escape Wedding for August in the next few days. I have dreamed of a Disney wedding my whole life and so proud to say I will be getting married at my favorite place in the world!

Problem is, money is a little tight right now. I would of course LOVE to have all the bells and whistles, but I'm just happy to have my Disney wedding.So my question to all of you, is it really possible to stay at the Escape package price?? I am wondering if any of you would be willing to share you budget plans and tips to staying right around that price. Any advice on how to save money would be greatly appreciated, websites to check out, recommendations, pictures, anything. I'm open to it all! Thanks in advance for anyone that can help!

I can't answer your questions about Escape packages, but I am having a Swan wedding in June and, for me, it is a great deal because it is fully customizable so I can pick and choose what I want to have. I have a partial budget in my PJ (link in my siggie). I am adding to it as I go along. If you feel the Escape won't work for you, definitely check out the Swan. It is still Disney.
