ill join in too Nat, still got to face the dreaded weigh in after my synful christmas. hopes of staying on plan vanished christmas eve, just hoping i havent put on too much. would like to lose as much as i can before my hol in may.xxx

I'd love to join you guys too! I lost 16lbs in the 4 months up to Jan 08 but the weight has been creeping on again and Christmas has just about finished me off - trousers are far too tight and I'm really cross with myself for letting it all go when I was doing so well. I can't face going back to weight watchers, having got to goal THREE times now!! Maybe a bit of motivation and help from DIS friends is what I need!
