So I just reserved my WDW vacation with smallworldvacations for May 2010! Wow, so far off, but I can't stop thinking about it! I am going with DH and DD who will be 5 at that time. I'm hoping by then she'll grow a few inches to reach the 40" height requirements for a lot of the rides! :rotfl:

Anyways, we are heading to the Wilderness lodge for 6 nights 7 days on our 11th anniversary to top it off!

I am so excited and am learning so much on these boards, although the dining still boggles my mind.... Still debating fantasmic with my daughter since she is a bit skittish on loud noises and darkness.

Glad to be here and let the countdown begin :banana::banana:

Glad to see to have you! And don't forget your countdown clock. It's fun to watch the days and hours tick away.

But sometimes they just seem to go by sooooooooooooooooo slowly ...

:welcome: to the DIS! I agree that you need to set up a count down tape of some kind. Time goes by quickly and you will be able to make you ADRs in November! It's little things like those landmarks that makes the time go more quickly. I, too, am planning a WL vacation for next year, July/August so I get to take my grandniece on her first Disney visit. She will also be 5. I can't wait.

Welcome to the dis and congrats on booking your trip! Have a magical vacation!

First things first, welcome aboard. You'll soon find that the disboards provide a ton of information.

I totally understand where you are coming from regarding Disney dining. Have you gone to the www.allearsnet.com site and looked at the menus? This may help you decide where you want to dine. Simply go to their site, click on dining and then scroll down to menus. From there, you'll see the menu for each and every Disney restaurant.

I wrote a trip report from our 2008 surprise trip and, if I do say so myself, it's a pretty fun read. The trip report from our 2009 trip is a work in progress. The links for both are below. I hope you'll come onboard. You'll find that I have a lot of really nice readers. We've become quite good friends. We'd love for you to join us.

I hope you do come over for a read. You can make a countdown ticker on the www.magicalkingdoms.com website. It's simple to do.
