It says something like you will be disconnected from vmk due to inactivity.Please press ok to continue playing.And it also shows a timer looking like this.

Example: 0:50

The strange thing is it happened while i was alreay disconnected.

There are like 3 threads made with people talking about this. Indeed there is new inactivity countdown that will log you off if your not careful.
