I think you are thinking about the new TS that is scheduled to open sometime summer 2007 in AK. Don't recall the name right now. I think it is supposed to be Asian Fusion food. Earlier today, I read that you cannot make ADRs there yet.

There will also be a new restaurant in the Animal Kingdom Villas. I haven't seen any estimate when it will open though.
