New AK Nighttime Hours?

I know the new hours won't be in effect 4/22 as original planned. From what I've read, they're saying to look for another update mid-May. We are going June 18th, do you think the new hours will be in place or will they delay again? I'm just asking for your valued opinions!

I would think they would be. But, you just never know with Disney.

Well being they have delayed the night time stuff they won't be out till that is resolved
There will be no kre news on the night time stuff till mI'd may

Disney tends to delay everything. Multiple times. It's possible, but I wouldn't get my hopes up - that way it will be a nice surprise if it is open. I'm planning for it to be open when we go in October, but I have a Plan B because they're just not reliable about opening new areas on time, so I'm not going to be surprised AK is still 9-5 when we go then.

If you're just looking for an opinion, I would say, "no, they won't be open for your trip."

But that's just because this whole saga has made me pessimistic. I'm going around the same time as you, and I'm about 95% certain we'll be missing Frozen in Epcot, Soarin', and Rivers of Light.

Everytime I see a thread with AK and hours I get hopeful. Then I realize not so much...again.

They have only promised to let us know if/when RoL will open by mid-May. They didn't promise a mid-May open.

So don't make any firm plans...

Like others have said, Disney hasn't released any info on a start date. But for a mid June trip, I would anticipate later hours because I would anticipate Rivers of Lights being open by then. They were suppose to open April 22nd, so they shouldn't be too far behind. A trip two months after the scheduled start, they should be good to go.
