I dont if its to accurate, it was on the Little Mermaid DVD. The title says 'The Ride That Almost Was," But We Know Thats Not True Now!

I've seen this link in other threads. I've heard it's supposed to be like this. The ride you are seeing is the animation of the ride which was included on the Little Mermaid DVD from (I think) last year. They talk about the ride on the DVD as well.

This is far from new and most certainly will not be much like the new ride coming to DCA. This ride concept was for DL Park for a few years back and was never built. The ride coming to DCA will have HM doom buggies themed like seashells. The DCA ride will also be much much more detailed and quite long in length.
