OK, so I was all excited to see my new add-on hit the system today, but upon closer examination the points are all messed up! And yes both my contracts are at the same home resort with the same use year so they both fall under the same membership number.
Has this ever happened to anyone? Guess I will have to wait until Member Services opens in the morning. Ugh. Process was totally smooth until now. Hopefully it gets straightened out easily. But seriously, who is doing the math at DVC?!?!?
