New add-on but points messed up!

OK, so I was all excited to see my new add-on hit the system today, but upon closer examination the points are all messed up! And yes both my contracts are at the same home resort with the same use year so they both fall under the same membership number.

Has this ever happened to anyone? Guess I will have to wait until Member Services opens in the morning. Ugh. Process was totally smooth until now. Hopefully it gets straightened out easily. But seriously, who is doing the math at DVC?!?!?:teacher:

Give them a chance to finish updating your account. If things still aren't right and it's a direct add on, contact the help number that came with your paperwork from Disney. If you bought resale, contact your broker.

Thanks Bill - that's what I was just thinking - maybe after midnight my account will be "refreshed" (or something like that)! I will try to be patient for a the next 24 hours and see what happens...

From your other thread I'd guess this is a resale purchase? I'd give it a day or even two to get straightened out. I don't think it's an "after Midnight" type of thing. It's more a one person enters the contract and a different person enters the correct points and it's usually a day or two difference.

Thank, I just checked and it all got straightened out in the last few hours! And without me having to pick up the phone and call I might add... :thumbsup2
