New 10% off for onboard booking

After reading about the posts from the 8/23 cruisers I called DCL to see if they were exteding this 10% off to cruisers who had already booked their cruises on board - of course they said no because the special wasnt in effect when I cruised and rebooked -and she assured me that my rate was most definately lower than any new deal would be.

Well I just happened to price my cruise last week for a friend of mine who wants to go and the price was only $20 more than I paid. Well low and behold this morning the price for the same cruise is $516 more one week later.

Seems like a really big jump for one week????

Seems to me that maybe they raised the prices and then put the 10% in effect

Is this only for 7 day cruises, or can you get an onboard credit and 10% off of 3 or 4 day cruises?

Hi Westjones! The flyer we received on our 3 day says "book onboard and receive 10% off a 7 night cruise and $200 shipboard credit . . . ."
