Will the Neverland Club take a child under 3 if she is potty trained?

We utilized the club a few weeks ago and it's written clearly 3 to 12 so I don't think they would bend the rules. I suppose it never hurts to ask though, but I think Disney is firm in their policies.

No, its due to safety rules that they have to be 3, so even if they are potty trained they still have to be 3.
