Well, I'm really getting into making all our PSs for August trip. One night while we're there I thought DM, DS (age 10), and I would have dinner at Chef Mickey's and afterwards DM and I could do a little shopping at DD. DS is excited about going to the Neverland Club so I thought I would take him there while we shopped. I know we would be out of range for the beepers but I will have my cell phone with me. My question is, how far in advance should I book the Neverland Club? We're staying at the Poly for the first time. Is it possible to wait until we check in to make the reservations or is this something that fills up quickly? Thanks for your help!

When our kids were younger, we booked Neverland as soon as we firmed up our plans for the trip. Neverland is very popular and does fill up quickly at times. Of course, if you're headed down at a less busy time, you might have an option to wait. If, on the other hand, you know your plans--book Neverland as soon as you are able. There's no reason to wait and at least you will be assured of a spot.

Our kids LOVED Neverland Club! Last year our son was too old for the Club (yet, IMO they are still too young to be alone at the Hotel) and he was bummed. Sadly, the Neverland days are gone for us (and them), but it was a great alternative when the kids were young! I'm sure your son will be equally thrilled with the stay!

We always book it 60 days ahead. You can always change things around later if you need to.

They will give you a pager that works all over WDW property.

Tuffcookie -
Just to share w/ you that last August I was in WDW w/ my DH and 9 & 5 y/o, staying at POFQ, when hubby was taken to ER at Celebration Hospital. This was a Friday night, but within 45 minutes, the desk at POFQ had arranged care for both of the kids from 7-11PM. I picked up McD's - only because we were late for the Neverland dinner, and they sent me back on my way with a beeper that would presumably be able to reach me at the hospital - a few miles OFF property.
My kids are STILL talking about Neverland Club as the trip highlight - this after 2 1/2 weeks in Orlando!
I'd make ressies if I were you - but don't get worried if you don't. I know I had an emergency and everyone moved mountains for me, but there just weren't that many kids there upon drop off, and NONE but my kids at pick up!
Enjoy! It's so nice to have someplace safe, clean and fun to leave the kids.
