Never stayed at a Disney Resort before

My family will be staying at the Poly concierge L/V in 2005.I've never been to Magic Kingdom nor has anyone in my family.
What can we expect from the Poly's concierge service? My daughter will be 3 years when we go.Can we eat a light breakfast in the concierge lounge? The fam is by no means picky and just the thought of staying at a Disney resort is such a special treat for us.. Any general info on Poly concierge would be awsome!! Thanks much!!

First off, congrats for staying at the Poly Concierge, you will love it. I have never stayed at the Poly Concierge, but have stayed at numerous Disney Deluxe Resorts. You and your family will enjoy all the extras that the Concierge services offers, as well as the regular magic that one gets from staying at a Disney Resort. Look at all the sites listed, as they are all very good and each offer something to planning and looking into the world of staying at a Disney Resort.

I will say, and I am sure all who have stayed at a Disney Resort, no matter whether it be a Deluxe, Moderate, Value, or Home Away From Home.......Once you stay on Disney Property you will not want to stay outside the World Again.
