I know, I still don't have a tracking number for my order. I just don't understand customer service anymore. How hard is it to add the mongramming. It can't be good for business. Now you are less likely to order from them again. If they would have just added the monogramming you would probably order a lot more stuff and reccommend them to other people. I may not be Mr. Trump but I would think positive publicity is better than negative publicity.
