Never Flown SWA ... Have ?

I notice that SWA is only booking through August 3rd right now. My question is when they start booking dates further down the road how much of a time block do they release? Does that make sense? Our travel dates are Septemeber 28-October 2. When should I look for them to release those dates?

Last year that was released on 5/4. Be that's not always indication.
