Okay, I can't compete with the recent posts on this thread. But, to respond to the earlier ones--Tuck&StuiesMom, you are definitely cool! You're well loved around here.

I've been very busy and in a bit of a blah, blue mood lately and avoiding the disboards for the most part. This forum is great, but, I knew I couldn't take a bashing if I read further and I always end up getting pulled in to something when I'm in this mood.

But, you are one of the people I missed hearing from and one of the reasons I will get back more regularly sometime.

The strong and glorious "C" word comes from a Queen of the same name only spelled with a K and ending in an "e" I believe.

As long as it's not used as a perjorative, I'm am completely supportive of the use of the word.

It's good, it's strong and it's kind of cute in a silly sort of way. Try saying with without the "t" and replacing the "t" with nny. See? Cute and silly.

It definitely is a word that needs to be reclaimed and it's true definition honored.

You folks are ALL SO GREAT -- I was on the receiving end of a serious heart-felt request last week where I had to make what I feared was a totally non-Cool parent type decision (teens' friends' drama) and didn't sleep well Friday night as a result. It looks like the situation is resolving itself in a positive way -- so I'm off the hook for now, Thank Goodness.

Meanwhile, I am so glad I didn't see Mr. Conck's tile last year when I was remodeling -- I would have been SOOOOoooooooo tempted to use that style in the boy's bathroom. Ewwwww!
