Your dog??????????
Ok, Just learning to knit and am working on my first baby blanket maybe 1/3 done. I own 2 cats and I figured since both are sleeping in the sun spot I should be safe leaving it on the table in the living room while I go and make lunch for DH and I.
My husband is sitting in the LR watching the Olympics while I am in the kitchen when I hear him say, "Ohhhhhhhhhh mom is gonna be angry with you". Not knowing what he is babbling about I go into the LR. Well all over the floor is my yarn wrapped around the coffe table legs thru the GD's rocking chair and in a tangled mess by DH's feet. The blanket is partialy undone with the needles on the floor.
Who is the culprit, my black lab? No he is snoring on the couch. The 2 cats who heard the rukus followed me into the room. There looking quite proud of herself with the ball of yarn in her mouth was the minature sznaucher(sp) I inherited from my dad.
It took me an hour to untangle the mess and try and put the knitting needles back on my blanket. At least now I know not to leave it unprotected in the future even when I am sitting working on this she trys to steal the ball of yarn.
The little stinker.
