Been to Disney many times, but have never booked a package. Always did room, tickets, food seperate.( usually manage to grab a military discount)
This time, however, we don't want to stay at the sog.
I got a quote of 2340.00 for the Yacht Club, april 23-27, 2 adults, with tickets and dining. Is this good? Also, I have never used the dining plan. Is it worth it?
Also, if you book thru disney website, can you cancel and get a full refund?
Thanks

I am assuming you booked rack thru Disney. I think the only way to lower that is to be a member of AAA & book directly thru them. That way you can get their discount on the room portion & still be able to keep it a package with dining. I believe you can get a refund as long as you cancel before the 45 day mark.

Is the dining worth it? I'm not sure as it will be a first for us in 8 days. I think if you enjoy a sit down TS everyday or like a lot of character meals, then yes. I figured we would easily spend $100/day on food (2 adults, 1 child age 8), so the dining plan should save us & allow us to eat whatever & wherever without worrying about the budget. I tend to try & find the cheapest thing on the menu out of guilt. With the dining plan, I won't have to feel guilty!!
