And relax is the key here. We now do Universal exclusively. Our kids (and the grownups) prefer it over WDW. We just did 6 days in August and then another 6 days in December. It is so nice to know you don't have to have a commando schedule. That with FOTL you can sleep in until you wake, have a leisurely breakfast and head over to the parks when you are ready. Then just get in the FOTL lines and not have to worry about the crowds.

This is key to why we enjoy Universal more too!

I totally agree with all that suggest to do Disney first. Our last trip we split and it was soooo nice to not have to stand on lines after doing just that (a lot!) at Disney. My favorite part is enjoying the resort/hotel, that down time adds so much to the vacation.

well when we went we did universal first and it worked pretty good

but in IOA do all the water rides first or you will never dry

both are really good parks though
have fun!!!!!
