Never been to Le Cellier...

I can't comment on if it is "worth it" or not, but we had a excellent meal in a great setting. I do my best to turn of the bang for buck meter once I'm at Disney.

We will be having lunch there on our upcoming trip in November. We have a lunch ressie and I'm very excited about it. I have read the reviews and have seen that many people think it is overrated. But, we are excited to try it and judge for ourselves. It took us three trips to even GET an ADR......so we are going to make the most of it and enjoy! :)

From one Long Islander to another, I say don't go out of your way for it. It's overrated and, IMO, your not missing much. You can basically go to an Outback and get the same quality steak

The cheddar cheese soup was very "meh" for me and that is being generous. I thought the bread sticks people rave about were nothing speical at all.

I completely agree!! Dont go out of your way for it. Its very over rated. I wouldnt bother with dinner. If you must go, do lunch. Better yet, just go to outback in your area, you will probably get a better steak there. lol.

I agree, I was also very disappointed with my high priced meal at Le Cellar. After going there, I wish I would have went to McDonald's, Much better steak in a bun than on a plate at Le Cellar:laughing:

We ate there last August before it became a "signature," and while we really enjoyed the meal, I am horrified by the increase in prices to justify its new "signature" status and won't recommend it based on that.

I don't see how they could have improved the food and atmosphere enough to charge the new prices. From every report I've read here, the tables are still on top of each other. I've read conflicting reports about the beef quality--i.e., whether it's prime now or not. I wouldn't pay what they're asking for non-prime beef, I'll tell you that!
