Neutrogena - no deal

Don't know if this has been posted - been off a while.

I did the Neutrogena purchase and get a free body wash. The body wash showed on my check out. Today, I got my shampoo. No body wash. I have sent them an email. I see the body wash is not listed on my receipt, but I know it was there when I checked out. If not, I wouldn't have ordered. Anyone else get theirs?
 
I haven't received mine yet, but I have an email that clearly shows the free product. I expect to receive the product as stated in my de facto contract aka my receipt.

If they wanted to cancel the transaction they could have done so, but partial fulfillment is not acceptable.

We will see
 
I got a email letting me know that the items were shipped and the confirmation email listed the item I paid for as well as the rain bath... So, we will see...
 
I received my Neutrogena free Rain Bath and the soap I paid for 2 nights ago. The confirmation took a while to come to my email but everything was delivered.
 

I received my order yesterday. I did get the free body wash but the product I ordered wasn't in there. Had to call and they will send out my moisturizing cream. I would call, customer service was very nice.
 
I got that deal. I just received the box, and didn't even bother to open it until I saw your post. I did get both the rainbath and my purchased item, a 2 oz. hand cream. I wonder if whoever packed yours just forgot to put it in. Hopefully it will show up!
 
I rec'd my order today as well, with the Rain Bath. I would just give them a a call.
 
Thanks for the replies. I guess I will see if I get an email reply. If not, I will call. Figure I wouldn't get mine. That's the way things are going right now. Actually, mostly things are not working out initially but work out in the end. Seems to be a theme this holiday. Hopefully, this will work the same way.

Yes, but it was available when I ordered and listed on the site. I don't have time to deal with this right now, not for a bottle of soap. I am disappointed though that they did not uphold their end of the bargain.

that's a blurb email sent without reading your email. It's either someone going very fast or a word recognition bit of software doing it.

I ordered using that code but nothing else showed up on my order but what I ordered and the free shipping. I needed face wash for my daughter anyhow so I wasnt to worried about it.
