Does anyone have any pictures to post when the wedding colors were white/cream maybe with a touch of silver or gold?

My other thought is orange/teal. Yet I love the pictures with the pink flowers too.

Our wedding isn't until June ....

Thanks for your help.

PS-we are getting married at SBP, no bridesmaids. What about white chair covers with the teal bows and the pink roses for my flowers. I see orange and teal but what about pink and teal. I would like pink petals down the aisle. Could I get away with orange fans for a splash of the orange?

Still thinking-I think I have seen flowers down in pink and orange.

I think it really depends on what the feel of your weddig to be. Neutral is more natural and muted. Elegant. The colors will be bright fun and whimsical. Both will look lovely. It depends on what you are going for. Lurkyloo had teal and orange with splashes of pink. They definitely go. I like the idea of orange fans. Sorry I don't have pics but I think either one will look great for a June wedding.

I have no pics either, sorry...wedding is in just over 8 months - but my colors are Teal with Orange and hot pink accents...I think it will add a touch of whimsy and fun to the whole day...

My MOH (my 16 year old niece) will be in a teal dress, and both her and my bouquets will be Orange Calla Lilies with a hot pink ribbon.

We are kind of untraditional (crazy) in many ways - my (future) hubby is planning to wear a tux with a teal vest/tie combo with an Orange Calla Lily boutonnière, and his "Best Gal" (my other niece) is wearing black Bermuda shorts or capris with a tuxedo shirt and a Teal vest/tie combo to match his...with an Orange Calla Lily in her hair.

We are also upgrading our cake to have a 2 tiered Mad Hatter cake in Teal, Orange, and Pink. It's one of the few things I am actually upgrading. I can't resist :)

I don't have any pictures since I am at work, but my two main colors are pool blue and hot pink/fuchsia with touches of mango. I love the bright colors, I'm getting married (not at Disney) in two weeks from Saturday so I can post actual wedding pictures shortly after. I think the bright colors would be lovely for a summer wedding, I just think the colors are beautiful together (I'm not bias or anything :goodvibes). My flowers will be deep pink roses, mango calla lillies, green cymbidium orchids and tied with a blue ribbon. I'm not having a bridal party, but my flower girls are wearing white dresses with blue sashes. My tables are blue square vases with deep pink roses and candles.

I've been meaning to post some pictures of my diy projects in my pj, which may be helpful to you, but time has not been on my side.

Color is a personal choice so whatever color palette you do choose will be beautiful.

Here's an older thread:

The girl who started it was looking into the fuschia pinks/oranges etc. Maybe it'll help & give you some inspiration. Good Luck! :thumbsup2

That was me :) I ended up choosing Fuschia, Orange with Purple accents... I figured Go Big or Go Home lol! I just loved all the bright colors and after going to 4 weddigns in a row with "neutral" colors and I am so happy we are choosing bright and fun colors!

I am having issues posting pictures or I would. I would choose something with color, it shows up so well in pictures. I might go with the teal and cream, but that's just me. Do what makes you happy.

If you would like to see Sea Breeze point pictures, I can't post them here because I don't know how, but here are instructions of how to see my pics:

Go to Randy Chapman website.

Click on 'Menu'.

Go to 'My Photos'.

Click on 'Show All'

A bunch of weddings will show up. Scroll down to the bottom and go to the second page.

My hubby and I are 'Lynnlee and Dan'. We are on the first column, 3rd group of pictures.

I hope you enjoy! We had chair covers, so that should give you an idea. We also had a very small wedding party, and an uneven one at that, so I hope that helps.

I hope it helps! Good luck planning!

Thanks everone. The pictures really help.

I did orange and blue and loved it! was a huge hit with everyone. :thumbsup2

Also got married at SBP. It was sooooooo hot! We had a 10am wedding on 9/21/09. Our cake actually melted! Didn't care though...it was worth it!:cool2:

Here is a pic of me and my girls. We did this wedding on such a budget. The white dresses the girls are wearing were end of season steals from Kohls at 6.99 each. We made the sashes out of wide ribbon from Michaels. Also made the wands. My dress was also a steal after prom season at under 20.00 actually...the most expensive thing in this picture are the Mickey Bridal ears! lol.

We managed to stay right at the intimate minimum, our planner even let 10 extra guests in at no charge last minute! :rolleyes1

Hi there!

I had my wedding 6 months ago. The colors I chose were blues, teals, and silver and white. I had a nautical theme going. I had trouble deciding on what color flowers to have. Most people I spoke to said white, but I felt I needed more pop. I eventually decided to go way different and use pinks and oranges.

Not to sound dorky, but they are on the opposite sides of the color wheel and do set each other off. And I was very happy with the result...they went together perfectly and popped each color to make it even brighter!

Here are some pics....

My flowers were also not real ;)

Let's see what I've got in the ol' photobucket account...

My colours will be chocolate/mocha and gold

BecBennett- we have the same bridesmaids dresses-even the same color! (I LOVE THEM!)

I used really brightly colored flowers, but the girls wore brown dresses. I thought it was a good balance- and that way I figured my girls would have more of an opportunity to wear the dresses again. My colors fit my personality- and I usually the first thing everyone says when they see my wedding pictures is how much they like my flowers. :)

Here are some pics:

( I cant seem to find any good pictures of the chair covers but they were white with the alternating orange and pink sashes)

I had the same bridesmaid dresses too! They are so pretty and flattering!

The funniest part is- I told my girls any dress as long as it was that same shade of brown. I wanted them to find something they liked- and they all ended up liking the same one!
