NETGROCER Users---A couple questions

We are planning our first trip home to BW and working on how to get our groceries. I think we would like to try NETGROCER since they have almost everything we need (for simple breakfasts and a couple fast dinners) except for cheese, butter and eggs which can be purchased at BW.

I have already gone on NETGROGER and have a preliminary list set up, but what do I need to fill in for where to have the groceries sent????

Anyone who has used NETGROCER please let me know what you do for:

1. shipping address and details
2. how far ahead do you place your order

You need to put the address of the resort and your arrival date. I always order a week ahead. we have had great results with them and any questions you have can be answered by there cs people. Just call the 800 number. The one thing that did not arrive OK was a pkge of English muffins, they had mold on them. I always buy the bread items when we arrive. They can tell you when to place the order to make sure your order arrives before you do. I have order everything but bread and cold food from them. We usually order the pancake mix in the shake container, syrup, sm mustard, sm mayo, cereal, crackers, chips, peanuts etc. The glass items are packaged in bubble wrap and the crackers etc were fine. We usually order about a week ahead of time. It's better to err on the side of caution and have your package at the resort waiting for you, rather than arrive a day or 2 after you do. On the shipping label put Boardwalk Villas and the address, and then somewhere on the label include your name, arrival date, and if your comfortable with it, your reservation number (I usually skip the number and have never had a problem). You could also call BWV directly and have them make a notification on your reservation that you're expecting a package. When we checked in last November the packages were already in our room waiting for our arrival.
