We recently signed up for Netflix. We never received one of the movies sent to us. I waited a couple days and then reported it to Netflix. Do I need to report it to my post office?

No need to report it to your post office. Netflix should just resend the movie

Check your address with Netflix or if someone is taken them from your mail. We have had Netflix for over 2 years with no problem and we get most movies direct to our tv's.

Netflix has the best customer service, they will get it corrected.

I never got one movie & they resent it. 4 months later I got an email that they had gotten the original shipment returned to them.
